It is a distinct pleasure to prepare a letter of recommendation for Tazim Elkington, who facilitated a retreat for the Program Development & Analysis Section of USAID Kenya, May 7, 2012 t0 May 11, 2012.
Her approach to team building was entirely new to most ofus, and hence there was reticence in accepting her methodology.
