Dear Fellow Life Traveller,
There is not a single family, unit, system, or space that is not filled with ‘secrets’! The word itself connotes a Pandora’s box! We all have one inside us. We keep this box sealed hoping no one will find the innermost ‘secrets’ we have inside. When more people are involved, the box gets bigger and bigger and sometimes over decades carries an insurmountable load.
Is it possible to free ourselves of this Pandora’s box? Yes it is! There is no absolute freedom on thsi planet as we are all connected to systems, generational patterns, traditions, familial, religious and many more circuits.
Getting back to basics, simplifying life, learning to be quiet amidst all the noise inside and out, learning to observe, getting out of the never-ending juggling and multitasking, and lastly and more importantly; allowing yourself to ‘be’
We have become so bound to stuff…that we cannot unbind because we feel we have to be bound. Well surprise… we bound ourselves and now its time to loosen the rope around the ankles and the chains around our neck… or we end up becoming prisoners of ourselves!
