Dear Fellow Life Traveller,
In the last decade or more life’s challenges have exceeded human understanding! As we traverse through slippery twisty and challenging pathways we realize so much is going on inside out and outside in.
We are all facing challenges in a more magnified way during and post-COVID. The world we know is disappearing and the world that’s coming will be very different. What is a fact is that relationships from very intimate and close to sporadic ones are falling apart. I am experiencing this myself and seeing it in all my clients.
What I feel grateful for are some which are so important allowing for second chances…if you have this showing up..pay attention and see how things have shifted with that person. And when you see ‘it’ make the most of embracing this new possibility and let the old ones dissolve…If you feel any doubts do not engage as maybe you are better off without a particular person/s in your life.
Going after something that is transitioning within itself will not serve you. That person has to go through their own shifts before re-engaging….its beyond one’s capacity to help another unless the other person asks…
The effective methodologies I offer require openness, engagement, and participation to heal. The process is transformational and liberating! There is no better time than NOW to do the inner work! Disrupt your life and find your peace and joy!
