Pieces of an intricate….

It is extraordinary to realize that we are all made up of ‘pieces of an intricate puzzle’ – as wild and crazy as that sounds let me break it down further. The various pieces are made up of our environment, religion, racial and tribal orientation, social and educational, traditional and cultural, blood group, sun and moon signs, the colorful karmic tapestry, preferences and dislikes, veggie or non, alcohol or non, smoke or non, habits and beliefs, country of birth and a different origin, and the list goes on. When did we stop to examine how many shades and variations we are made up of? We see ourselves as this one single person and yet this person has an unending library of input. Not so small huh? And then look at 8 Billion people all having a trillion rainbows that they are made up of. Can anyone seriously call us simple… its so complex and the more you understand the less you know….sooooooo what next? My effective methodologies require openness, engagement, and participation to heal. The process is transformational and liberating! No Better time than NOW to do the inner work!
