Guilt, blame and regret keeps us locked in the past! 

Blame, guilt, regret, discord all comes from the past. It is so important to realize this. There is none of that in the present. So each time one starts to feel these emotions and those that hold you back…its from the past. Since we cannot change the past, the options are to deal with it by understanding and addressing the circumstances with acceptance or getting therapy. Trying to address the issues with the person/people who caused the discord gets one nowhere and makes it more sticky and toxic. Its a 3rd party who is neutral that can give an alternative perspective and help heal old wounds so they dont get septic! Face yourself and disrupt all those assumptions, heal the wounds and pull yourself out of that safe and dissatisfying cocoon! My effective methodologies require openness, engagement, and participation to heal. The process is transformational and liberating! No Better time than NOW to do the inner work!
