There has been a lot of talk around ‘Gratitude’ including the many days of keeping a gratitude Journal, Affirmations, being in the state of Gratitude.
Based on my email about affrirmations, what has been left out is that Gratitude does not work when you are not in an internal state of Gratitude. Many speak the words and push themselves to think and feel however the internal state is saying something else.
So for Gratitude to work one must stop taking things for Granted. Which means it begins with gratitude from the food you eat to this body you walk around in to the job or career you have to the ant, bee, spider and the AIR WE BREATH. We take so much for granted and only give gratitude for the wish list which is distorted.
Start by counting the things you hardly ever notice without which you would not exist!
To heal, one must invest in one’s own life process by deciding that there is more to life than this. The process is transformational and liberating! No Better time than NOW to do the inner work! Disrupt your life and find your peace and joy!
