Dear Fellow Life Traveller,
What are the essential ingredients to bake a cake? Flour, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and butter. We could then add nuts, cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, etc as additional ingredients for a particular taste.
Now one may ask if I have changed professions to become a baker …lol nope I have not!
I am using a parallel for cake…yum! So what are the natural ingredients humans are made of? Consciousness without which we would not be here, creativity is that particular that gives us our very own particular unique taste and, intelligence. Now are we all at the same level of creativity and intelligence? Absolutely not…we each have our own inherent ‘map’ and based on our environment and many factors we develop in different ways.
There is no right or wrong as we have too many factors that determine how we will become and keep becoming.
What we do have is CHOICE! At any given time we have the choice and responsibility to redirect our lives. It is essential to move out of ‘existential crisis points’ as these happen to everyone and many times through life and own our lives!
The effective methodologies I offer require openness, engagement, and participation to heal. The process is transformational and liberating! No Better time than NOW to do the inner work! Disrupt your life and find your peace and joy!
