We are changing at an exponential speed and rate. I cannot keep track of the changes I am seeing every single day. What is changing? Everything seen and unseen, conscious and unconscious, light and dark, young and old and so on….
We are being upgraded! The EARTH we are living on is alive and in turn, EVERY single consciousness living on it and around it is being affected. I am hearing the most astounding experiences from every person I speak to as its not ‘containable’
All the muck and density is rising to the surface to be acknowledged and overcome as we shift. I am personally experiencing this although I have done my inner work for over 3 decades. It’s showing up in my field and it can be devastating when it comes out of nowhere. Just when I thought things would be smoother and calmer there is so much turbulence and back to the drawing board. Questions that show up: is this mine or the other person? Can I change it? How do I deal with it? What do I do with it? What help do I need to overcome this? Therapists need to see a therapist when there is an overwhelm and so at various points in my life I have sought help. This is how I heal and this is what each person requires. We do not even know the depth of the baggage we have and what’s rising.
Healing and recovering is a life-long process, not a bandaid. I have realized thats healing has so many shades and shadows that we don’t know when the next chasm explodes. All I know is that it is the most challenging of times in the last 4 years and lets clear, clear, clear in 2024!!
