The process of UNDOING and UNLEARNING is a crazy, amazing ride! Why do we need to do that? Because we carry every person, experience, situation, and emotion, we have ever had within our cells. Many of these were not pleasant or in tune with our being. Understanding the depth of our own being requires we examine, identify and overcome these out-of-alignment parts so we don’t transfer, carry and multiply them for future generations. Those of you with young children and about to have more please take heed as the next generation/s could have more choice and possibilities….. To heal, one must invest in one’s life process by deciding that there is more to life than this. The process is transformational and liberating! No Better time than NOW to do the inner work!
