The eyes that are the most receptive of our senses have an impact on the myriad of ‘I’s’ we create within our identity! What does this mean? As sight is the most proficient of our senses, through observation and absorption we create our inner world and the way we play out the many roles we decide to act out in this life. It is essential to understand that we have a choice in what we want to absorb and what we dont. Watching, reading and listening to violence, horror movies, destruction and low-frequency material leads one to operate from that same frequency. In order to raise one’s level of energetic frequency, be discerning on what you choose to absorb and take into your mind. The more we become aware the more we leave behind that which is harmful. To heal one is required to invest in one’s own life process by making a decision that there is more to life than this. The process is transformational and liberating!
