Having tough ‘real’ conversations…
Most people avoid having tough ‘real’ conversations as they are scared of the outcome. Scared of rejection, being rebuked, been told they are wrong, abandoned, etc.
When we are capable of confronting what is affecting us by basing it on actual facts and not hearsay or assumptions then we have the potential to resolve issues. Its not only based on one’s feelings unless you are highly in tune with yourself…facts are important as they quantify and add value.
Confronting and communicating issues, creates the space to stop repetition, added to the fact that it brings to light what is out of alignment instead of sweeping things under the rug…as is the MO for many…
