Dear Fellow Life Traveller,
Sharing personal experiences that are challenging can seem daunting however keeping them under wraps is not helpful either. I have had a major surgery and replaced some necessary bones to upgrade the quality of my life. This story started when I was 2.5 years old and affected how my hip grew. It caught up with me in my 40’s due to scar tissue and finally the big surgery.
Well, the interesting thing is not only did I say goodbye to the bones that had deteriorated and done their time, I also said goodbye to the tape that had been playing in my head holding debilitating program that had been running in my subconscious. This tape/program was saying that I would have some serious issues as I get older, weaker, more pain, possibly unable to take care of myself, etc..
A few weeks after the surgery I noticed that there was space in my thoughts…then the realization that the program/tape/belief about my future had left with my bones. What a RELIEF!
So what tapes/programs/beliefs are playing at the back of your mind? There is most likely more than 1 of those…most likely several… examine, identify and look at what these are saying to you? They could be reducing your life, keeping you in addictions, habits and behavior, or blame games or making you small, helpless and full of shame!
The therapeutic self-discovery journey with me is challenging, deep, intense and fulfilling undertaking! No shortcuts and no blah. You ready to start this profound journey?
