Context
Cellulant is expanding rapidly into different countries and different business lines. It has subsequently doubled and in several countries quadrupled its staff. As no attention has been paid to culture, a binding factor was missing. Cellulant decided to rollout a culture programme for all staff to lay the foundations for one strong culture across all countries and service lines.
Programme
Tazim facilitated three day sessions with the global Exco team (11), global team leads (40, spread over two sessions) and all Kenyan staff (100, spread over two sessions) and Nigerian staff (25). Based on the philosophy that individual values are linked to the organisation values, we focused on understanding our own values and believe systems. Due to amazing guidance from Tazim, we shared our deepest thoughts and the core of our being with our colleagues. This opened up discussions about what we are contributing to the organisation, what we have to change in the organisation to make it a great place to work.
In a very organic way Tazim led us from our own values to agreeing shared company values and what they mean for our day to day work. To form the basis for how we interact with each other and our customers.

Way forward
Based on both the action points we agreed during the sessions and Tazims report with recommendations we are removing the barriers to become a great place to work and are creating a common culture. Also we are discussing additional sessions with Tazim for the next years.
Tazim
Tazim has a very organic way of facilitating sessions, which brought us in places we thought we would never be. Her personalized approach makes each staff feel understood and her presentation skill keeps everyone engaged and focused. Further she is very involved before and after the sessions. Especially the after care is very much appreciated.
We highly recommend her to help organisations bring out a defined culture.
