Dear Fellow Life Traveller,
Life is like a long train with many carriages. Each carriage reflects different phases and ages of our lives. When a person decides to heal their past, we change tracks and move from the old to the new. Having said this there is more to it than that. It takes ‘in-depth’ healing to change ‘tracks’
Sometimes while we are healing, we could move a couple of carriages off the old track onto a new track. Which means we are living in between the old and new. Healing is a lifelong journey, once we clear the core issues then we still need to work on other aspects that have created behavior, attitude, beliefs, and habits. As we keep working, slowly we move 1 carriage after another OFF the old track to the NEW track.
This is not an instantaneous process. It takes time, effort, energy, and a decision to want to heal and leave the past where it belongs. Sometimes, people get stuck as they have not gone deep enough and done only superficial healing, read books and think they are healed, or not taken full responsibility to heal, or keep blaming their parents or others for their unhappiness and the list goes on.
Our ancestral and intergenerational baggage comes with carriage loads of crap…If YOU have decided to be the being that chooses to clean, firstly Congratulations and secondly know that this work is long and committed work.
