Dear Fellow Life Traveller,
An end for a beginning… a rather strange way of looking at life. Well, its actually a super way to look at things by changing perspectives. Its not new and neither is this an aha moment. It is what has been happening for eons only one may not always ‘see’ it.
So how about we look at it this way…in order to make room for something fresh and new something, some way, some relationship, some situation must end or there is no ‘space’ for new.
Lets celebrate endings so we can stand in a space being sure and able to imagine the start of something new. Instead of mourning endings lets embrace and feel this gentle excitement….it helps to shift perspectives as it gives us choice and does not leave us feeling powerless and helpless….
Effective methodologies require openness, engagement, and participation to heal. The process I offer is transformational and liberating! No Better time than NOW to do the inner work! Disrupt your life and find your peace and joy!
